Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all Nex-Gen Offices, LLC virtual office, business address, private mailbox, mail handling, workspace, website, portal, and related services.

This AUP is incorporated into the Nex-Gen Terms of Service.

1. Lawful Business Use

Nex-Gen services may be used only for legitimate and lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services complies with federal, state, and local law and applicable postal regulations.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Nex-Gen services in connection with:

• Fraud, scams, deceptive practices, or material misrepresentation.
• Identity theft, impersonation, forgery, or use of false documentation.
• Money laundering, financial crime, or concealment of unlawful proceeds.
• Phishing, malware, unauthorized access, or computer-related crime.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, extortion, or unlawful discrimination.
• Illegal drugs, contraband, counterfeit goods, or other unlawful products or services.
• Unlawful solicitation, spam, or deceptive marketing.
• Activity prohibited by sanctions, court orders, regulatory orders, or governmental restrictions.
• Any scheme or enterprise that violates federal, state, or local law.

3. Address Representation

You may not falsely represent that the Nex-Gen location is your exclusive, permanently staffed, or full-time physical office when that is not the service you have purchased.

You may not represent Nex-Gen as your registered agent unless registered agent services have been separately authorized in writing.

You are responsible for determining whether the address is acceptable for a specific license, permit, banking relationship, marketplace, government filing, search listing, lending application, or other third-party requirement.

4. Postal and Mail Requirements

Customers receiving mail must comply with all applicable USPS Commercial Mail Receiving Agency requirements and maintain complete and accurate authorization records.

Nex-Gen may refuse mail or packages that are illegal, hazardous, dangerous, perishable, inadequately packaged, excessively large, or otherwise unsuitable for safe receipt or storage.

5. Accurate Information

You may not submit false, altered, misleading, expired, or fraudulent identity, business, postal, billing, or compliance information.

Nex-Gen may request additional documentation when reasonably necessary to verify an account, business, addressee, transaction, or mail recipient.

6. Portal and System Security

You may not:

• Attempt to access another customer's account or information.
• Share administrative credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Probe, scan, attack, or bypass Nex-Gen security controls.
• Upload malware or intentionally harmful files.
• Use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the website or services.

7. Excessive or Abusive Use

Nex-Gen may establish reasonable limits where customer activity materially interferes with operations, creates unusual storage or handling burdens, threatens safety, or substantially exceeds the intended use of a service plan.

8. Investigation and Enforcement

Nex-Gen may investigate suspected violations and may request additional information or documentation.

Depending on the circumstances, Nex-Gen may refuse a transaction, hold or restrict account functions, suspend address privileges, reject mail, terminate services, preserve relevant records, or make disclosures when required or permitted by law.

9. Reporting Misuse

Suspected misuse of Nex-Gen services may be reported to info@tnvirtualoffice.com .
