Service activation

Payment alone does not activate use of the NexGen Offices address. Account activation is subject to required identity, mail authorization, eligibility and compliance review.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly through Square unless otherwise stated. Usage-based services, postage, forwarding, meeting room use and special handling may carry additional disclosed charges.

Business use

Customers are responsible for lawful use of the address and services and for keeping account information current.

Registered agent

Registered agent services are not included unless separately contracted in writing.
