NexGen Offices is based at 706 Walnut St in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402.
The Business Address plan is $75 per month and the Premium Virtual Office plan is $150 per month. Additional usage-based services can be priced separately when applicable.
Eligible business mail can be received after your account is activated and required mail authorization/identity onboarding is complete.
Premium accounts include access to mail scan and forwarding request workflows. Postage and special handling charges may apply.
No. Payment creates your account, but address activation remains pending until required onboarding, identity and mail authorization steps are complete.
Registered agent service is not included in the standard virtual office plans unless it is separately offered and specifically stated in your agreement.
Monthly recurring plan billing is processed through Square. Your NexGen account stores only Square identifiers and limited card metadata—not full card numbers.
